Haley Chase

Haley Nichole Chase, 22, of Sedgwick, Kansas, passed away on October 9, 2021.

Haley was born on January 9, 1999, in Independence, Kansas, to Richard and Daphne (Acuff) Chase. Haley had a love for animals, and she loved everyone. A country girl at heart. She wanted to be a vet tech and breed dogs.

She is proceeded in death by her grandfather, Keith Acuff.

She is survived by her, father and mother Rick and Daphne Chase of Sedgwick, KS, her brother and sister, Austin Chase and Madisen Chase of Sedgwick, KS, grandmother, Phyllis Acuff of Bentley, KS, grandfather, Glen (Pam) Chase of Chanute, KS, grandmother, Linda (Tim) Scott of Sioux Falls, SD, aunts and uncles, and many cousins.

Memorial service to be held Saturday, October 23, 10:00 a.m., at Bible Holiness Church 201 Oak Park Rd, Bartlesville, OK. Lunch to follow from 12:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. Graveside service to be held at 2:30 p.m., at the Sunnyside Cemetery 408 N Hooker St, Caney, KS. Visitation to be held Friday, October 22 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Bible Holiness Church. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been set up in her name at Halstead Bank in Halstead, Ks.
