Charlotte Forrest

Charlotte Rose Forrest, 5 years old, passed from this earthly life on July 3rd, 2021 at St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa, OK, surrounded by her family. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, July 9th, 2021 at 1:00pm at the Hope Church in Caney, KS., burial will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Hope Church in Charlotte’s name.

Charlotte was born on February 11, 2016 in Bartlesville, OK. Her body was not perfect from birth, but she was so perfect and so loved by her family. Charlotte could not express much emotion, but her face would light up when her best friend, cousin Candace, would talk to her. She also loved to hear the songs about the Five Little Monkeys and Baby Shark.

Her family cherishes her memory as the brief gift it was. Charlotte is survived by her parents Sara Cook and Thomas Forrest, maternal grandparents Terry and Macie Garr of Caney and Danny and Nita Cook of Tulsa, paternal grandmother Donna Forrest of Copan, aunt Brandi Smith, special cousin Candace Smith and many other cousins.

Preceding her in death is her grandfather Floyd Forrest.
