Tim Wright, Cherryvale, passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at his home.
A graveside memorial service will be held, Monday, August 6, 2018 at Fairview Cemetery in Cherryvale Kansas at 10:00am. Visitation will be Sunday, August 5th from 2:00pm-5:00pm, with family greeting friends 4:00pm-5:00pm at the Potts Chapel in Cherryvale. Timmy Lynn Wright was born on October 9, 1956. He was the son of Othelis Charles and Javine Wilametta (Howard) Wright. Tim graduated from Cherryvale High School in 1975. He then attended Wichita State University.
Tim worked for Continental Airlines and was a manager for 7-11 convenience store in Denver, Colorado. When he moved back to Cherryvale he did contract work for people around the area. He loved the Denver Broncos….some consider him their biggest fan! He also enjoyed watching ESPN, fishing and deer hunting.
Tim was preceded in death by his father Othelis, mother Javine Mishler, step-father Francis Mishler and his brother Larry Wright.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sisters: Linda Ketcham of Pittsburg, KS., Brenda Haynes of Cherryvale, KS., Debbie Adams of Nevada, MO., and Gina Mishler of Cherryvale, KS., brother Tom Wright, 8 nieces and nephews, and 12 great nieces and nephews.
